What we collect

This website does not have contact forms and does not set tracking cookies. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the name, email address and scheduling details you enter under its own privacy policy. When you call or email us, we keep your contact details to respond to you.

Client financial information

As a bookkeeping client you give us access to your QuickBooks Online account and financial statements. We use that information only to perform the services you hired us for. We do not sell or share it with anyone except the software providers needed to do the work, such as Intuit QuickBooks, and payroll providers you choose.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Booking runs on Calendly. Each provider's privacy policy governs the data it receives.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information we hold about you at any time.
